Help Desk Coordinator

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator II to deliver top-tier support and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve network, device, and equipment issues
Conduct remote troubleshooting for network-related problems and manage escalations
Handle escalated matters from property staff and perform additional assigned duties

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Over 2 years of customer service experience
More than 1 year of technical support experience
Familiarity with Ruckus, Juniper, and Cambium Access Points
Experience with Zendesk or another ticketing system
