Affordable Housing Policy Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Policy Coordinator to assist in ensuring compliance with affordable housing program guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and implement changes in HUD and LIHTC regulations
Update and distribute Tenant Selection Policies across the portfolio
Draft compliance manuals for individual sites outlining regulatory requirements

Qualifications

3+ years of affordable housing experience preferred; paralegal experience desired
Knowledge of HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs
Working knowledge of AHFMP and Fair Housing requirements
Strong data management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of RealPage OneSite desired
