Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Associate General Counsel for
Privacy, Technology and Artificial Intelligence Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on privacy, technology, and artificial
intelligence laws within the financial services sector
Draft and review contracts related to privacy and technology
Engage with senior management on complex legal issues and product
development
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
5 to 10 years of in-house or industry legal experience, including
2-3 years of private practice
Experience advising life insurance company clients
Bar admission required
In-depth knowledge of financial service laws, particularly in
insurance and regulatory frameworks
