Job Description:

Lead store teams to achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals. Provide leadership, supervision, and development to Floor Leads and Team Members.

• Lead store operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and product ordering.
• Run store shifts and maintain accurate pricing and signage.
• Recruit, train, and develop Team Members.
• Communicate 365 by Whole Foods vision and goals.
• Establish a positive work environment and high morale.
• Develop Floor Leads and maintain strong team bench strength.
• Provide timely and thorough job dialogues and feedback.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Stay aware of competitors and industry trends.
• Model effective cross-store communication and collaboration.
• Create and review schedules for productivity improvements.
• Order equipment and supplies in a timely manner.
• Cross-merchandise products and coordinate inventory.
• Ensure store security and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory rules and standards.
• Follow food safety and cleaning guidelines.
• Attend store meetings and work varied shifts.Requirements:
  • Two years of Team Leader experience or equivalent.
  • Extensive retail experience with a proven background in leadership and team development.
  • Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic computer and accounting skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends.Benefits:
