Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager to grow account
revenue with existing clients in the research community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic account plans to achieve revenue
targets
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs
and expanding the use of services
Effectively manage the sales pipeline and maintain records in the
CRM platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in health sciences, communications, or
business; MPH preferred
3 years of experience in a revenue-generating account management
role with academic medical centers
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience with health research methodologies and digital health
technologies
Strong experience in Salesforce for pipeline management
