Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager to
lead go-to-market activities and product growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new products
and features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer
needs and drive alignment
Create sales enablement materials and self-service resources to
support customer success
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS
company
Strong understanding of using Pendo or similar tools
Experience launching new products with integrated go-to-market
plans
Familiarity with B2B sales methodologies and customer support
practices
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
autonomously
